We had a very good Easter with my parents in town. On Saturday, we went to the Ward Easter Egg Hunt and Mason had so much fun picking up eggs.

On Sunday, we did his Easter basket and he was so excited to see a Lightening McQueen kite...even though he doesn't know what a kite is! The boys did so well to wait on the stairs while we got things ready for them to come into the family room. The first thing Mason said when he came in was, "Mom, What did the Easter Bunny do in here?"

While my mom was in town, the boys and I went to Grandma Wall's home and stayed with them. We took Mason to see the ducks one afternoon and we ended up feeding seagulls because the ducks weren't hungry. Peyton enjoyed being outside even though he had to stay in his carseat!
Peyton went to the Cardiologist a week and a half ago and she told me that Peyton looks like a completely different child from the one she saw in the hospital in January. He was kicking his feet, talking, and laughing for her. He is doing so well that they don't need to see him again for three months! It's so fun to see him doing things that he should have done months ago. He's picking things up really quickly. He now weighs 17lbs. and he might actually hit the 20lb. mark by his first birthday!

We took Mason to the park the other day and I got a couple cute pictures of him playing!

Last night, we were all sitting on the couch and Peyton started to cry. I asked Montana where his binki went and we both started looking all over for it. Mason started to laugh at us and he couldn't even stop to answer when we asked him if he knew where it went. And then we realized that Mason was holding it in his other hand and laughing because he took it! Well, that's it for now! I'll post again when we have more fun things happening!

Funny, we (the Easter Bunny) got Dallin a Lightning McQueen Kite too (he also didn't know what it was but he does now)and I think it is the same one. I can't check though cause it fell behind the bookcase. I am too big to get back there and Trevor hasn't tried yet. Anyway, have a nice day, I loved the pictures. Peyton is so charming and Mason has such personality.
It's so weird to read that you went to your "Grandma Wall's". Always throws me off! I'm glad to see you have some new posts and I'm glad you had such a great Easter.
