This year was really low key for New Years! We had corn dogs for dinner and then watched Despicable Me with the boys. During the movie, we had banana splits and chips and dip. The boys were in bed around 8PM, Montana was in bed by 9PM, and I was in bed by 10:30PM. We were all exhausted! The neighbors did wake me up at midnight with fireworks and yelling through the streets but that's what I get for going to bed early!
On New Years Day, we took down Christmas. And pulled out the rest of the baby stuff. Then we decided to go sledding with our friends, the Grens. The park we went to was way crowded but the kids had a blast. We headed to McDonalds when we were done and then called it a day. It was so fun to watch the boys enjoy it so much. And Peyton didn't even complain about being cold! I call that a success!
