Memorial Day Weekend

Last year, for Memorial Day, we headed down to Manti for the weekend and little camping and an end of school celebration! This year, we were going to head to Manti but the weather was supposed to be raining and cold so we opted to head north to my Grandma Maddock's cabin. We didn't have to pack a tent, set it up, take it down, etc. And I didn't feel 100% so this was much easier. And I had an actual bed to sleep in :) We just relaxed, hiked, played games, fished, shot the gun, laughed at the kids, played at the playground, and just had fun being together as a family. It was such a nice weekend. And, yes, it rained quite a bit and was cold! We were glad to be in the cabin instead of our tent...getting wet!
