Park City

My brother, Trent's, spring break is this week and he was headed to Park City with my mom.  So, I decided to join them for the day.  I dropped Mason and Peyton off at school and headed up with Tanner and Austin.  We went to the Olympic Park and then had lunch at Taco Bell.  It was fun to spend some time with my family.  And Tanner enjoyed the Olympic Park and lunch!

April Fools Day

Happy April Fools Day from our house to yours.  Check out our awesome dinner!

The boys didn't get as big of a kick out of it as I was hoping....  Oh well, I guess I can't complain that they wanted healthier food items for dinner!

Talented Mason

At the elementary school, they do an art fair.  The kids do a few different art projects, they display them in the halls of the school, and then they have an art fair where the families can come and view the art done by the kids at the school.  This is one of Mason's pieces!  He is too smart for his own good!

Tanner's Birthday

Tanner is FOUR!  He is growing up so fast and is such a joy to have around.  He likes to tease his brothers and always wants to play with them.  He requested a Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman cake.  So I recruited a friend of mine to help with fondant to meet Tanner's request.  It took a long time to do but was so worth it when I saw his face.  He LOVED the cake and now I have some high standards to uphold when it comes to birthday cakes in this household.  He has already asked for a Spiderman, Hulk, and Bumblebee cake for next year!  I think I'm in trouble...

He also requested McDonalds for his birthday dinner.  So, off we went to eat!

And of course we had to have a little party.  We celebrated with friends and food!  So fun and delicious!

Provo City Center Temple

This afternoon, we had the opportunity to watch the Angel Moroni get placed on top of the new Provo City Center Temple.  We pulled the kids out of school to be able to see it.  It was such a neat experience!

Bike Ride

Today is Tanner's birthday and we decided it would be fun to have a picnic lunch at Utah Lake.  We packed up a lunch, loaded the bikes, and headed to the lake.  It was a fun little adventure with the two little ones.  And such a beautiful day!  Oh, and Austin had awesome hair by the time we were done!

Mason is a Rockstar!

We just found out that Mason got into CAS - Center for Accelerated Studies - through the school district.  We are so proud of him and what he has accomplished.  He will do great things in life!  Especially if we can get a decent picture of him!

St Patrick's Day

The leprechaun made his appearance at our house again this year.  He made a mess of my clean house, left fun cereal for the boys and a bowl of chocolates, and turned our milk green.  The boys love when the leprechaun comes and I love the chocolate he leaves!

We also had a very green dinner - Broccoli soup in green bread bowls and mint chocolate chip ice cream in green cones.
